Property is located on the 15th floor in a new development area, famous for its iconic design visible from different parts of Yerevan. Neighbourhood is very safe, it is intersection of area called Komitas and area called Monument. It has a small lovely park just 1 min away. Also, famous Komitas food market is 5 minutes away, and is featuring lots of local organic produce. Building has concierge, and parking. Taxi cost 1 euro to the city centre, but I personally enjoy walk to cascade via famous cascade stairs, and it takes me around 25 min.
