Complete new building with six Airbnb flats, located in the old historical neighbourhood, known for many universities nearby. All guests have access to a shared garden with a pavilion, outdoor space and a traditional bbq terrace on the ground floor. The apartment has the feeling of blue poppies, colours of flowers, to help you brighten up your days. The location is right in front of the famous circular park in the city centre with plenty of entertainment. The best location for evening walks is the park with nice fountains and iconic cafes. It's minutes away from vernissage and within 10 minutes walking distance to Republic Square and other famous Yerevan's monuments (check my guidebook)! You can find trendy restaurants, cafes bars, clubs, 24/7 stores and nightlife nearby.
