Quiet, modern area just minutes from Cascade, but far enough to actually breathe. New building, good lift, easy living. ⸻ Space & Living: 44 sqm, but done properly. Open plan, wooden floors, and those wooden beams that give the space character without trying too hard. Light everywhere. The living area is built around a large L-shape sofa — seriously comfortable — facing a clean TV zone with Smart TV. This is where you land after a long day and don’t move much after. Right next to it, the dining area blends into the kitchen. And honestly, this is one of those spots where you’ll just sit longer than planned — coffee, wine, book, laptop… it works for all of it. Kitchen: Fully equipped, no shortcuts. Dishwasher, oven, stove, extractor, microwave, coffee machine — everything in place. Designer tiles, clean lines, good storage. You won’t miss anything here. Bedroom Zone: 180x200 king-size bed with a mattress that does its job properly. Sleep comes easy here. Wake up to city views, or close the curtains and stay in as long as you want. Storage is generous, and there’s also a proper working desk, for when you have to, or when you just feel like it. Bathroom: This one stands out. Ocean blue tones mixed with grey and white, done tastefully. Premium shower set, clean cabin, LED mirror, good pressure. Everything feels fresh, new, and well put together. ⸻ At Hotelise, we don’t overcomplicate things. We build spaces that feel good to live in. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
