A starter supply of cleaning products, tea, coffee, and water is provided. Guests must purchase any additional supplies. 4. Early check-in or late checkout may not be possible due to back-to-back bookings. Confirm on your arrival/departure day; requests are subject to the cleaning schedule. 5. The apartment is strictly non-smoking. A $200 penalty applies for violations. 6. Do not rearrange furniture. If moved, return it to its original place before checkout to avoid a $50 repositioning charge.
