The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available in the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/checkout, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours. 5. Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Literally a couple of minutes away from the iconic "Armenian National Academic Theater and Opera named after Alexander Spendiaryan", you will also find a pretty and small artificial lake. This is "Swan Lake", named probably after the first ballet staged at Yerevan's neighbouring "Opera" back in 1935, the acclaimed and eternal Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake". With numerous statues and sculptures, including famous composer and pianist "Arno Babajanyan Statue". During winter months, an ice skating ring occupies the lake, bringing crowds to this important attraction in Yerevan's "Kentron District". Restaurants, bars, cafés and beer gardens complete the scene around "Swan Lake". Enjoy!
