This apartment is ideal for four people, it has an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment is supplied with high-quality linen and towel sets as well as an organic environment-friendly high-end quality amenities bundle. Every corner is beautifully made and designed by our artists, and guests absolutely love staying here, it really feels different. Two full-size bedrooms are ideal for four people, and the living room benefits from a nice sofabed. Both bedrooms and Living room have A/C. Two nicely done bathrooms are making it even more comfortable for stay. The location is right in front of the famous park "boulevard" in the city centre with plenty of entertainment. The best location for evening walks in the park with nice fountains and iconic cafes. Its absolutely stunning and must stay !

Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
