Dark tones run through the space, feature wall, sofa, and kitchen all balanced with enough light so it never feels heavy. And then there’s that red dining table sitting in the middle, impossible to ignore. Everything here is designer-made. Lighting, wall art, materials it all plays together. Nothing random. There’s a large TV, but honestly, most people end up putting music on and just sitting in the space. It has that kind of slow, almost therapeutic vibe. Kitchen Clean and cohesive. Matching glassware, consistent finishes, and everything you need: full-size fridge, stove, extractor, espresso machine. It’s not trying to be a chef’s kitchen, but if you want to cook, you absolutely can. Sleeping Zone Still within the open plan, but separated with glass doors and supported by blackouts when it’s time to switch off. 140x190 bed, surrounded by unique furniture pieces that keep the same tone as the rest of the apartment. Compact, but well thought through. Bathroom Fresh and slightly unexpected. New tiles, a stone sink that stands out, and a clean shower cabin with good pressure. Simple, but with character. Balcony And yes, you’ve got a balcony. Outdoor seating, open view towards the American University, and a quiet spot to step out, especially in the evenings when the whole “Dusk” idea actually makes sense. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
