It’s a statement kitchen. Balcony Go ahead — have that morning coffee or evening glass of wine with the city beneath you. Dining Area An actual, spacious room with a solid table, seating for six, natural light pouring in from multiple windows, and of course, AC. Whether it’s a family meal or just a slow breakfast, this space turns it into a ritual. Bedroom 1 A 160x200 bed with a premium mattress. Elegant side lighting, loads of storage in fitted wardrobes, AC, and blackout curtains for uninterrupted sleep. Bedroom 2 Another 160x200 bed, surrounded by the same premium finishes, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, and yes, AC. This one’s just as beautiful as the first — perfect for families or friends traveling together. Bathroom 1 en-suite with bedroom 1 and another separate bathroom, both spacious, tiled in premium materials, with a shower cabin, mirror, quality fixtures, and good water pressure. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
