The artwork and rugs are not just decoration here. They give the apartment its name and its feeling. The dining area sits naturally in the same open space, close to the kitchen. It works well for proper meals at home, morning coffee, or a quiet laptop session between plans. 🍽️ Kitchen: The kitchen is modern, practical, and easy to use. It opens into the living and dining area, so cooking does not feel separate from the rest of the apartment. There is enough counter space for simple meals, and the dishwasher makes longer stays easier. The kitchen feels renovated and fresh, but still connected to the warmer style of the home. 🛏️ Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is the calmer of the two, with a 160 x 200 cm bed, soft green curtains, warm wood tones, bedside lighting, and a gentle patterned wall behind the bed. It feels quiet and simple, with enough storage and a softer colour palette for guests who prefer a lighter room. 🛏️ Bedroom 2: The second bedroom carries more of The Carpet's personality. The 140 x 190 cm bed sits against patterned wallpaper, with a dark metal frame, blue bedding, red curtains, and a colourful rug that gives the room a stronger mood. It is the more expressive bedroom, warm and memorable without feeling heavy. 🚿 Bathroom: The bathroom is fresh, clean, and recently renovated, with teal tiles, a walk-in glass shower, round mirror, vanity, towel warmer, and washer. It is practical for daily use and comfortable for longer stays, especially with the washer inside the apartment. 🏢 Building: The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an older 8-storey stone residential building with a lift. The building is classic Yerevan residential, while the apartment itself has been renovated with much more care and personality inside. There is no balcony shown in the photos, and the view is urban residential rather than scenic. ⸻ The Carpet is for guests who want more than a plain rental. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
