Welcome to “D’Artagnan,” a one-of-a-kind duplex apartment within the “The Musketeers” project, joining its charming counterparts “Athos,” “Porthos,” and “Aramis.” Set in an authentic Old Yerevan building crafted from iconic black tuff, “D’Artagnan” brings together the charm of historic architecture with the luxury of modern loft living, all just a 2-minute walk from Saryan Street. Building: Like its fellow Musketeers, “D’Artagnan” resides in a beautifully preserved black tuff building, celebrating Yerevan’s rich architectural heritage with its striking facade and carefully designed interiors. Living Room and Kitchen: Step into “D’Artagnan” and experience the grand, open layout of the living and kitchen area. Thanks to the duplex design, high ceilings lend a spacious feel, accentuated by natural stone feature walls. The living space includes a comfortable sofabed, a coffee table, and a smart TV, perfect for relaxation. The kitchen is open-plan, fully equipped with a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample storage, with convenient access to a patio where you can enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink. Upstairs Bedroom: A set of stylish metal and wooden stairs leads to the loft-style bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, warm wooden ceiling, and bedside tables with soft lighting. Storage is thoughtfully placed at the back, creating a cozy, organized space to unwind. The lighting design enhances both day and night ambiance, ensuring restful evenings and fresh mornings. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom combines comfort and functionality with a king-size bed, side tables, generous lighting, blackout curtains, a fitted wardrobe, and a dressing table for convenience. Bathroom: The bathroom is designed with new premium tiles, a spacious shower, and all modern amenities, complemented by organic, sustainable GFL toiletries, ensuring a spa-like experience with exceptional water pressure and elegant fixtures. Terrace: The terrace is a signature feature of “D’Artagnan,” providing a large, inviting sitting area that extends the loft’s ambiance outdoors. It’s an ideal spot to relax with a glass of Yerevanian wine, soaking in the city’s unique charm. “D’Artagnan” offers a distinctive blend of Yerevan’s historical elegance and modern sophistication, perfect for a memorable stay in the heart of the city.

Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
