Living Room: As you step inside, you’re greeted by a charming piano to the left, setting the tone for this eclectic home. The living room features a cozy sofa facing a large smart TV, a stylish coffee table, and a round dining table for four. The room is airy, with large windows that flood the space with natural light, and A/C to keep the temperature just right. Kitchen: The separate kitchen offers plenty of storage and worktop space, perfect for those who love to cook. It’s equipped with everything you need, including an oven, washer, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, extractor, and stove. The breakfast bar, complete with two bar stools, is the perfect spot for a quick meal or a relaxed breakfast. The kitchen also opens up to the balcony through floor-to-ceiling doors and windows, creating an uplifting vibe during breakfast or coffee time. Balcony: The balcony faces Komitas Avenue, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
