The apartment is newly refurbished and decorated by local designers. Supplied with premium linen and towel sets as well as an organic hotel quality amenities bundle. Located in the vibrant city centre minutes walk from all the cool spots and attractions. 2 min walk from the famous wine street Saryan, a 24/7 supermarket and cafes, and right at the steps of lovely Boulevard Park, with nice fountains, and lots of entertainment places around. Your private apartment is just part of the package; don't forget about the great team that will be supporting you throughout your stay in case you need anything! We provide 24-hour assistance to our guests and are always happy to share our fav spots in Yerevan and Armenia.

Other Details to Note

1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for who use sofa-bed and/or travel-cot. Guests must request the extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available in the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/checkout, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours.
