Living Room: Step into the living room, where soothing green tones set a tranquil atmosphere. The space is enhanced by a floor-to-ceiling French balcony, framed with premium aluminum profiles, letting in an abundance of natural light. The room is furnished with a cozy sofa bed, a coffee table, and a TV zone with a large Smart TV. An efficient AC unit keeps the room comfortable, and the dining table for four provides a lovely spot for meals. The area near the French balcony also doubles as a workspace, perfect for those who need to stay connected while away. Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is a masterclass in sleek design and practicality. It offers ample storage and a stylish backsplash that adds character to the space. Fully equipped with a washer-dryer combo, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle, and coffee machine, this kitchen ensures that all your needs are met. A large fridge completes the setup, making it a delightful space for cooking and dining. Bedroom: The bedroom is your private sanctuary, featuring a king-size bed with an exquisite bed frame and a premium mattress that guarantees restful sleep. The room is adorned with calming colors and tasteful wall art, creating a serene ambiance. Like the living room, it boasts top-to-bottom windows and doors, providing direct access to the balcony. Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
