The great-granddaughter of the original architect of the building has poured her heart into this project and designed four distinct apartments Aeon, Pillar, Moxie, and Illusion, on the 2nd floor of a historical residential building. All guests should note that the "The Roots" Apartments have a shared entrance area, embellished with historical photos and a mirror. Furthermore, there's a communal laundry area available for use. Illusion: The great-granddaughter of the original architect has poured her heart and soul into this 33 sqm studio, crafting a unique blend of history and contemporary design Sleep: Drift into dreams on a spacious 180x200 cm mattress, accentuated with versatile lighting modes to suit reading, TV viewing, or simple relaxation. Stay entertained with diverse TV channels and complimentary Netflix. Enjoy the added comfort of air conditioning. Dine: Seamlessly transition from a restful night to a dining experience. A well-lit dining area, complete with a cozy table and two comfortable chairs, awaits your culinary delight. Cook: A modern kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with premium amenities like a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. Quality taps and a stovetop ensure your meals are crafted effortlessly. Please note: there's no oven, but our stove more than makes up for it. Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
