Manument (The Monument) Neighbourhood is called after a colloquial name of the Mother-Armenia Statue situated within the memorial complex in the Victory Park, Zeytoun District, and dominating over Yerevan’s city centre. This is a quiet area, within walking distance to the top of the cascade complex, where you can take escalators down to the heart of the city, or walk down and enjoy the view.

A delightful apartment located in Monument, an excellent position away from the busy centre but a short walk to the top of the cascade, the most beautiful views of the city for photography, the apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the many delightful sights of the city. The house is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional stone building. The living room benefits from a very large sofa bed allowing extra two spaces for sleep, a complete bathroom and a spacious kitchen. Guests will have unlimited internet access with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and independent heating The master bedroom is furnished with a 140x200 size bed. Bathroom essentials are provided, including toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. We are pleased to offer hotel-standard hospitality services and provide hotel-quality linen & towels, bathroom essentials and professional cleaning services. A cot is available upon request.

Other Details to Note

1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for those who use a sofa bed and/or travel cots. Guests must request an extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/check-out, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours.
