Living Room: Designed for relaxation and style, the custom-made furniture, a stylish TV zone with a large Smart TV, and a trendy sofa-bed create an inviting atmosphere. A carefully chosen rug and lighting setup, including a standing lamp for a cozy evening ambiance, make the space feel warm and welcoming. Kitchen & Breakfast Bar: Unlike Lemon, Lime features a chic pink-toned kitchen that blends elegance with a playful touch. The kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinetry, a large fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and ample storage. Instead of a dining table, a stylish breakfast bar with seating for two offers a perfect spot for coffee, work, or a casual meal. Bedroom: The terracotta feature wall remains a standout element, adding a touch of warmth and energy to the room. Designed for comfort and convenience, it includes great lighting options, a stylish working desk, blackout curtains, and brand-new furnishings. Bathroom: The bathroom continues the premium design, featuring high-quality tiles, a washer-dryer (2-in-1), a luxury shower set, modern taps, and an LED-lit mirror. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
