A pale sofa faces the Smart TV, while the dark wood wall and built-in storage give the space a more architectural mood. The AC is in the living room and is powerful enough for the whole apartment. The kitchen sits naturally behind the living area. Dark cabinetry, burgundy tones, clean lighting, and a dishwasher make it feel modern and useful without trying too hard. 🍽️ Dining Area: The dining table sits between the living room and kitchen, so the main space feels connected. It works well for a slow breakfast, an easy dinner at home, or a laptop session when needed. 🛏️ Bedroom: The bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, a grey textured wall, soft curtains, and a small workspace/vanity area by the window. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
