Living Room and Kitchen: The open-plan living room and kitchen feature an arched, floor-to-ceiling door and window, a nod to the building’s historic architecture. High ceilings and thoughtful design details give this space a light, airy feel. The living room is equipped with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed facing a smart TV mounted on a sleek wooden wall panel. A coffee table and various lighting setups allow for different moods throughout the day. A full-size mirror with hidden storage adds functionality and style. The dining area comfortably seats five at a chic table, perfect for enjoying meals together. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of storage and is fitted with all premium appliances, including a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Everything is brand new and thoughtfully selected for both style and convenience. A washer and dryer are also included for your laundry needs. Bedroom: The bedroom is designed with simplicity and elegance in mind. It features a premium king-size bed with a bespoke headboard that complements the overall design of the apartment. The room is airy, with large arched windows and blackout curtains for restful sleep. A working desk is provided for those needing a quiet space to work, and the bespoke wardrobe offers plenty of storage for clothes and essentials. Bathroom: The bathroom is a masterpiece of design, with premium tiles and high-end Hansgrohe fittings. A spacious shower and large window provide a fresh, open feel. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
