Inside, you'll find a vibrant and artistic atmosphere, complete with original paintings and pieces collected from local Armenian and Georgian artists. It's the perfect retreat for the creative traveler. But the luxury doesn't stop there. Our apartment is stocked with premium linen and towel sets, as well as a selection of organic, hotel-quality amenities. And the location couldn't be better - just one minute away from the Opera House and a short stroll from the bustling nightlife and wine scene of Saryan Street. Trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, and 24/7 stores are all just steps away, and the SAS 24/7 supermarket is just a 5-minute walk. But the best part of your stay may just be the warm and supportive team that will be there to assist you throughout your visit. We offer 24-hour assistance and are always happy to share our favorite spots in Yerevan and beyond. And if you're traveling with little ones, don't worry - a cot is available upon request. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
