Michael’s house was absolutely lovely! My sister and I stayed in Yerevan for a couple of weeks and this house was perfect for us… we loved that it was in the Kentron and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Yereven. We also appreciated that the building was secure and we always felt safe. The home itself was very clean and all the accommodations were well thought out for us ahead of time. There was a full kitchen and a washing machine with a drying rack. We also truly appreciated the AC units in the bedroom and in the living room, especially because it was especially hot during our stay (mid to end of August 2025). It was my first time in Yerevan and being in Michael’s home made our trip even more memorable and enjoyable. Thank you so much Michael!

Simply perfect! Great location in the heart of Yerevan. Nice, spacious apartment with ACs in every room (which is a great plus during Armenian summer). Instructions from the host were super clear.

Great place with exceptional interior design. Located in a peaceful location but in the meantime in the very centre the place is surrounded by lot of restaurants, places and walkable area. Apartments are well equipped matching to the listing! Thanks Michael for being a great host!

The apartment is located in the very center of Yerevan. The place is quite, private and a great place to have good rest. The apartment is nicely decorated and feels really pleasant to stay at. The host is really friendly. We had great time here.
