Michael and his team are exceptionally professional.
This is one of those corporate-style Airbnbs often found in Bali, Indonesia, but it far surpasses any of the companies I’ve stayed with there.
What stands out most is Michael’s brilliant business model — offering spacious, well-designed properties at truly reasonable prices. His pricing strategy deserves real praise.
I have no doubt that within a few years, his company will become not only one of Armenia’s leading accommodation providers but also a major player in the country’s real estate industry — assuming Armenia’s economy continues to grow as steadily as it does today.
If you ever have the chance to stay at any of his 120+ Airbnbs, I wholeheartedly recommend that you do.

Stylish, spacious, comfortable and clean. Just one short flight of stairs which is a rare find in Yerevan. We absolutely loved this apartment. Very close to everything. Just note that the sofa bed is not an actual sofa bed it’s just a couch (it doesn’t open up).

Michael’s house was absolutely lovely! My sister and I stayed in Yerevan for a couple of weeks and this house was perfect for us… we loved that it was in the Kentron and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Yereven. We also appreciated that the building was secure and we always felt safe. The home itself was very clean and all the accommodations were well thought out for us ahead of time. There was a full kitchen and a washing machine with a drying rack. We also truly appreciated the AC units in the bedroom and in the living room, especially because it was especially hot during our stay (mid to end of August 2025). It was my first time in Yerevan and being in Michael’s home made our trip even more memorable and enjoyable. Thank you so much Michael!
