Living Room: As you enter, the living room greets you with a large, comfortable sofa perfect for unwinding. The TV zone features a large screen, a sleek media unit, and a coffee table, all set against a backdrop of curated wall art and a bookshelf to entertain your mind. A large AC unit ensures the perfect temperature year-round. Kitchen: The L-shaped open-plan kitchen is both functional and stylish, with a colorful backsplash and premium amenities. Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and a top-notch coffee machine, even the premium taps will impress. This kitchen is designed for those who appreciate the finer details. Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright and welcoming dining area. A round table comfortably seats four, making it ideal for meals with friends or family. Nearby, a working desk with extra storage adds a practical touch, ensuring you have everything you need within reach. Bedroom: The bedroom offers a serene retreat with a premium bed frame and mattress, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
