The great-granddaughter of the original architect of the building has poured her heart into this project and designed four distinct apartments Aeon, Pillar, Moxie, and Illusion, on the 2nd floor of a historical residential building. All guests should note that the "The Roots" Apartments have a shared entrance area, embellished with historical photos and a mirror. Furthermore, there's a communal laundry area available for use. Moxie: Discover Moxie, a spacious 32 sqm studio nestled within a building steeped in architectural heritage. Designed with love, this studio offers a perfect blend of style and comfort for your stay. Elegant Living Room and Kitchen: As you step inside, you're greeted by an open living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is a standout feature, generously sized and fully equipped with all your needs: fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a delightful coffee machine. The kitchen effortlessly flows into the living area, where a comfortable sofa faces a TV, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. There's also a well-appointed working desk for your convenience. Two stylish chairs by a worktop provide the perfect setting for breakfasts and dinners. Modern Bathroom: The bathroom exudes luxury with LED mirrors and Grohe mixers, ensuring your comfort in this vital space. Step into the shower cabin, where good water pressure complements the premium shower set. Designer touches throughout add an extra layer of elegance. For longer stays, a combined washing machine and dryer is available in a separate laundry room. This laundry facility is shared among only four apartments and is located in the private entrance area. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
