The mustard tones, soft textures, and minimal layout give the whole place a mood you instantly settle into. ⸻ 🛋️ Living Room & Kitchen: The whole apartment flows as one open space, but every zone feels intentional. The living area welcomes you with a bold ochre sofa and armchair setup, sitting on top of a rich patterned rug that completely changes the mood of the room. Large windows bring in lots of daylight from the 9th floor, making the apartment feel bright from morning till evening. There is a nice calm rhythm to the space. Music on, coffee on the table, city views outside the window, and suddenly you understand the apartment. The kitchen continues the same clean aesthetic with integrated white cabinetry and warm wooden details. Fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, espresso setup, washer, and everything needed for comfortable everyday living. Dining table for four sits naturally between the kitchen and living zone, making the apartment feel social without losing its calm atmosphere. 🛏️ Bedroom Zone: The sleeping area is separated through sliding glass partitions, keeping the studio open while still giving privacy when needed. The 160x200 bed comes with a quality mattress, soft lighting, and blackouts for proper rest. The mustard bedding and warm decorative touches continue the personality of the apartment without overdoing it. Simple, stylish, and genuinely comfortable. 🛁 Bathroom: Freshly finished with modern tiles, a full shower cabin, vanity unit, heated towel rail, and beautiful decorative mirror that gives the bathroom its own character. Everything feels new, clean, and carefully selected. 🌇 Building & Area: Ochra is located on the 9th floor of a classic Yerevan residential building in the Monument area. While the exterior reflects the typical Soviet era architecture of the city, the apartment inside tells a completely different story. The lift has been recently upgraded, making access easy and comfortable. The area itself is calm, green, and elevated above the city, giving the apartment its airy feeling and open views. Walking down towards Cascade becomes part of the whole experience. ⸻ Ochra is one of those apartments that does not try too hard. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
