The apartment is located in an old historical building, famous for the iconic show called "our yard" (մեր բակը), overlooking the old town, made with a classic design, really hidden gem! Right in the very centre, one minute away from Opera House. The best location for exploring the city, enjoying the nightlife and wine scene at the famous Saryan Street (check my guidebook)! It's just a few steps to many Yerevan's monuments. You can find trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, 24/7 stores and nightlife nearby. SAS supermarket is at the doorstep. We are pleased to offer hotel-standard hospitality services and provide hotel-quality linen & towels, bathroom essentials and professional cleaning services. A cot is available upon request.

1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for those who use a sofa bed and/or travel cots. Guests must request an extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival.
