To the right, a sliding glass door opens into an additional room with a coffee table and a single-size sleeping space, perfect for relaxation or hosting an extra guest. The windows overlook the quiet backyard, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The industrial-style kitchen is both functional and stylish, with plenty of storage, a large fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials you need to cook at home. Bedroom: On the opposite side of the living room, the bedroom also features sliding glass doors, revealing a king-size bed with a premium mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The room includes a comfortable working desk with an ergonomic chair, making it a perfect space for work or study. Bathroom: The bathroom is elegantly designed with marble tiles, a large mirror, and plenty of lighting. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
