"Marais" by Hotelise is a calm, softly styled apartment in Verin Antarayin, one of Yerevan's newer and more prestigious residential areas. It is not the immediate centre, and that is part of its appeal: you get a new building, a quieter neighbourhood feeling, balcony light, open views, and quick access by Saralanj Avenue toward Cascade and the city. Inside, the apartment has a gentle French-inspired mood, with warm neutrals, soft curtains, clean lines, and enough comfort for a small family, two friends, or a longer stay. ⸻ 🛋️ Living Room & Balcony: The living room feels light and relaxed, with a soft sofa facing the Smart TV and large balcony doors pulling the outside view into the room. The sofa opens into a 150 x 215 cm sofa bed, so the space can work for extra sleeping when requested. The balcony is a lovely part of the apartment. It looks over the new Verin Antarayin area, with greenery, quiet residential buildings, and a more open feeling than you usually get in the city centre. 🍽️ Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fresh, practical, and easy to use. It has good storage, a full cooking setup, and the washer + dryer built into the space, which makes longer stays much easier. The dining area feels simple and warm, with enough room for proper meals at home. 🛏️ Bedroom 1: The main bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm bed, soft neutral colours, a Smart TV, and a calm hotel-like feeling. It is bright without being harsh, with gentle curtains and enough storage to settle in properly. 🛏️ Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a 90 x 200 cm single bed and a compact workspace. It is ideal for one guest, a child, or someone who needs a quiet corner for a laptop during the stay. 🚿 Bathroom: The bathroom is fresh and compact, with light marble-effect tiling, a shower cabin, and clean modern finishes. It feels polished without being overdone. ❄️ Comfort: Cooling is listed as AC + fan. The AC is visible in the living area, so we describe it transparently rather than implying every room has its own unit. 🏢 Building: The apartment is on the 4th floor of a new building with lift access. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
