This apartment is ideal for three people, it has an equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is supplied with high-quality linen and towel sets as well as an organic hotel quality amenities bundle. We are proud of the design and guests absolutely love staying here, it really feels different. The location is right in front of the famous circular park in the city centre with plenty of entertainment. The best location for evening walks in the park with nice fountains and iconic cafes. It's minutes away from vernissage and within 10 minutes walking distance to Republic Square and other famous Yerevan's monuments (check my guidebook)! You can find trendy restaurants, cafes bars, clubs, 24/7 stores and nightlife nearby. 1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for who use sofa-bed and/or travel-cot. Guests must request the extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available in the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4.
