The apartment is new, clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The city center is easily reachable by taxi in about 10–15 minutes when there’s no traffic.Everything was comfortable and exactly as described.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht im Stadtzentrum, aber direkt neben dem Gebäude gibt es ein Geschäft und eine Apotheke.
Mit dem Taxi beträgt die Fahrzeit ins Stadtzentrum etwa fünfzehn Minuten, sofern kein Verkehr herrscht.
Was die Wohnung selbst betrifft, muss ich sagen, dass sie sehr sauber war und fast alles hatte, was man sich vorstellen kann. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts, und sie ist definitiv einen Aufenthalt wert.
Das Heizsystem umfasste sowohl Heizkörper als auch eine Klimaanlage sowie eine Fußbodenheizung. Das Bett war sehr bequem und machte überhaupt keine Geräusche. Auch das Internet – sowohl über das Mobilfunknetz als auch über WLAN – hatte eine akzeptable Geschwindigkeit.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I felt welcome from the very first moment.
The apartment had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, and I truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
