The layout flows naturally into the kitchen through open shelving with soft lighting, giving that sense of depth rather than separation. The kitchen itself is clean and confident. Thoughtfully designed with a bold backsplash, full cabinetry, and everything in place from oven and dishwasher to all the small essentials. It is a space you can actually use, not just look at. By the windows, the dining table becomes the spot. The view opens up fully here, and whether it is coffee in the morning or a slow evening, you end up staying longer than planned. Bedroom: Calm and bright with a proper sense of space. A comfortable 160 by 200 bed with a quality mattress, fitted wardrobes, and a small desk area that works naturally whether you need it or not. Large windows bring in light throughout the day, while the setup lets you switch off completely when it is time to rest. Bathroom Modern, clean, and well executed. A spacious shower, quality fittings, and a finish that feels considered from start to end. Everything is exactly where it should be. Balcony Step outside and it opens up. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
