You walk in and it just feels good — a large TV zone, a seriously nice coffee table, comfortable sofa and armchair, and lighting that actually makes sense. The space flows into the kitchen through decorative shelving with warm lighting, creating that soft transition instead of just “room to room”. Kitchen stands out. Green backsplash tiles, clean design, and fully equipped: fridge, oven, dishwasher, storage, breakfast bar — everything in place for mornings that start slow and evenings that go longer than planned. At the far end, the dining table sits right next to panoramic windows, and this is where it hits — the view opens up fully. Coffee, wine, laptop, whatever — this spot carries the apartment. Bedroom: Bright, calm, and comfortable. A large bed with a proper premium mattress, plenty of wardrobes, and a small desk/makeup area that works for both. Big windows bring in light, but you’ve got the setup to rest properly when needed. Bathroom: This one has personality. Feature wall inside the shower, clean modern tiles, strong water pressure, and a design that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. It’s fresh, sharp, and a bit different — in a good way. Balcony: And then… the balcony. Just step out and look. Canyon views, open sky, proper outdoor furniture — this is where mornings start and evenings end. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
