Positioned on the 13th floor, Solara brings a vibrant mix of sunlit colors and airy design to every room, with two balconies to enjoy panoramic views of Yerevan. Living Room and Kitchen: The living room combines antique furniture with a generous L-shaped sofa, creating a cozy yet stylish space. Rugs add warmth and charm, and a large dining table sits by the windows, letting in plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen includes a breakfast bar, oven, stove, microwave, and a large fridge—fully equipped with everything you might need. A powerful AC unit in the living room keeps the entire space comfortable. Bedroom 1: This spacious room features a king-size bed, a work desk, blackout blinds, and an armchair, providing both comfort and functionality with plenty of extra room to relax. Bedroom 2: This cozy bedroom offers a single bed, a work desk, and direct access to the balcony. With blackout blinds and a fitted wardrobe, it’s ideal for restful sleep and productive work. Bedroom 3: The largest bedroom in the apartment, with a king-size bed, abundant natural light, and balcony access. This room is airy, with ample storage and plenty of space to unwind. Bathroom 1: The main bathroom includes a luxurious jacuzzi, a shower cabin, and a bidet. With vibrant orange tiles, it’s designed to lift your spirits and provide a relaxing retreat. Bathroom 2: Decorated in darker tones, the second bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, mirror, and all the essentials for convenience and comfort. 1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
