Living Room: Designed with a minimalistic style, the living room features a cement modern ceiling with an external light tracking system, creating a cool, relaxed vibe. The L-shaped sofa and coffee table sit comfortably in front of a TV, backed by a wall of natural bricks. The room is filled with natural light from the large window, complemented by artwork and blackout curtains for a perfect blend of style and function. Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living room, equipped with a stove, kettle, washing machine, and mini fridge. There’s plenty of storage, and a dining table for four with comfortable seating. Decorative shelves filled with interesting books add a cozy touch to the space. Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a king-size bed with a premium mattress, bedside tables, and a desk for work. The wardrobe offers ample storage, while artwork and cement accents on the wall contribute to the natural, modern design. Bedroom 2: Similar in style, this bedroom also offers bedside tables with lights, a king-size bed with a premium mattress, and roller blinds for complete blackout. A spacious wardrobe provides plenty of storage. Full Bathroom: The bathroom is a standout, with carefully selected tiles in green and terracotta tones, complemented by white bricks for a stylish vibe. The space includes a shower set with a sleek cabin, a mirror, toilet, and vanity unit, all designed with quality and aesthetics in mind. Stonehenge by Hotelise is where modern design meets comfort, offering a sophisticated stay in the heart of Yerevan.

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
