The best location for exploring the city, enjoying the nightlife and wine scene at the famous Saryan Street (check my guidebook)! It's just a few steps to many Yerevan's monuments. You can find trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, nonstop stores and nightlife nearby. Finally, be sure to ask me about the food, music and nightlife scene in Yerevan. 1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for who use sofa-bed and/or travel-cot. Guests must request the extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive a fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available in the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/checkout, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours. 5. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts.
