Inside, the apartment is bright and playful, with emerald dining chairs, warm gold details, two proper bedrooms, two bathrooms, and enough space to feel settled. ⸻ 🛋️ Living Room & Kitchen: The living room feels open and social, with a soft corner sofa, Smart TV, decorative lighting, and a dining area that brings colour into the space. The sofa appears to work as the third sleeping option, but the open size still needs to be confirmed before we describe it as a measured bed. This area also has its own AC, matching the Airbnb draft note that the apartment has 3 ACs in total. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies. 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning. 7.
