Location: Situated on Yeznik Koghbatsi Street, 2, the apartment offers a fantastic central location. You’ll be just steps away from supermarkets, coffee spots, parks, and within minutes of Republic Square, Saryan Street, and Aram Street, where Yerevan's best entertainment can be found. Despite being in such a prime spot, the building is tucked away from the street, ensuring a quiet stay. Living Room with Kitchen: The open-plan living room features a large L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing in front of the TV. A coffee table and large dining table for 6 provide space for meals and socializing. The kitchen is well-equipped, with an oven, microwave, washer, and coffee machine. There’s plenty of storage and all the cooking essentials you need. The room also benefits from a large A/C unit to keep you cool, as well as a full-length mirror that adds to the spacious feel. Bedroom 1: This large bedroom features a queen-size bed with bedside tables and soft lighting, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. A chest of drawers with a mirror and a wardrobe offer plenty of storage space. The room also has blackout curtains to ensure a restful stay. An ensuite bathroom with a bathtub adds extra convenience. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom includes a single bed, a sofa that converts into a sofa bed, and a wardrobe for storage. Like the main bedroom, it is equipped with blackout curtains for comfort. Bathrooms: The ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom includes a bathtub, while a second full bathroom with a shower cabin is available for the rest of the apartment, making it ideal for larger groups. Other Details to Note

1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests. 5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty. 6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
